Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AuraTicks, operated by Aura Tech LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

AuraTicks is a trading journal and analytics application. It records and visualises trading activity that you enter manually, import, or sync from a connected platform. It does not execute trades and does not manage money on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • Pro Trader plans begin after the 7-day free trial; Elite Trader plans are billed immediately at checkout. Both renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable for periods already started.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

4. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties including Tradovate / NinjaTrader for read-only trading data and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions, and integration outages may cause missing or delayed data in your journal. NinjaTrader® and Tradovate® are registered trademarks of NinjaTrader Group, LLC; AuraTicks is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NinjaTrader Group, LLC.

5. Not financial advice

AuraTicks does not provide investment, trading, financial, tax or legal advice. All content, statistics, metrics, charts, analytics and any other output of the service are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. Nothing in the service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument, and no output should be relied upon as a basis for any trading decision.

Trading futures and forex involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting. Hypothetical and back-tested results have inherent limitations, as described in the disclosures in our footer.

6. Data accuracy

Imported, synced and calculated data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. AuraTicks is not a system of record for your broker statements, and you should always reconcile against your broker's official reporting.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, scrape or overload the service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or use the service in violation of any applicable law or exchange rule.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the trading data, notes and images you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Tech LLC is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the platform.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
